I married almost out of high school and started raising three children. I began my a real estate career in '73 and stayed with it after the divorce and the kids were grown. College was postponed until the 90's at UCI. After graduation, a summer trip of a lifetime to Alaska via the Al-Can Highway.

Went back into real estate in a tight market and decided property management and sales produced a steadier income. I now operate a small property management company in Orange County - AVPropertyManagement.com - and an even smaller one in the High Desert (10 miles north of Yucca Valley).

In 2006 I built the house in the photo as a weekend retreat. I fell in love with the desert so I decided to relocate. I now have my horses in the back yard and life is good.
