After high school at Rancho I also attended Orange Coast College, played football there for two years. Went to work until drafted into the Army in February 1964. I got married in August that same year and spent the next 1 & 1/2 years in Washington (Ft. Lewis), went to Vietnam in the fall of 1965, came down with Malaria. I was eventually discharged from Lettermen's Hospital in San Francisco in April of 1966. I eventually went back to work at Babcock Electronics.

I joined the Buena Park Police in August 1970 and retired from there in December 1998. We've lived in Cypress, Ca. since March 1971. I have two sons Dan 35 yrs. (married with four kids) lives in Grinnell, Iowa. Brian 33 yrs (single) also lives in Cypress Ca.
